1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only on receipt of the booking deposit. A confirmation invoice will be issued within 24 working hours of payment.
2. Payment
The booking deposit (typically 25%) confirms the trip. The balance is payable 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Pricing
Package prices are quoted in INR and are valid for the dates and inclusions specified in the itinerary. Currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges or third-party rate changes may revise the final price; you will be informed in writing before any change is applied.
4. Documentation
The traveller is responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates and other documentation. Madisson assists with visa applications but does not guarantee outcomes.
5. Liability
Madisson acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport and activity providers. We are not liable for losses arising from acts beyond our control (force majeure, weather, strikes, government action).
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel and is included by default. The traveller may opt out in writing.
7. Disputes
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
